Return Policy:
Most of our products have a 30 day money back guarantee. When you receive your order, please inspect it. If it is damaged in any way, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order so we can begin the return process for damaged goods. Our acoustic and electric guitars come with a 14-day warranty. If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within the warranty period and we will replace the defective item for you with an item of equal or greater functionality. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be issued. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. If you are returning an order because it is damaged, we will reimburse you for return shipping costs. If you are returning an order because you don't like it, we will only refund the sale price of the product. Important: Please do not send us the item you want to return without contacting us first. Please email or call us first so that we can get you a return authorization # and the correct return address (sometimes we will have you return an item directly to the manufacturer).
