Sage, the Elephant In Blanco's Magic Tails, Sage was one of the very first animals to arrive on Earth through Soy's doorway. He was a kind, gentle and wise animal who always tried to help others in some way. He often used his powerful trunk to move fallen trees or large rocks when needed. Many seasons after the doorway opened, a female elephant named Radha appeared. Sage and Radha became great friends. Elephants were sacred to the Hindus of India, and the Buddhists throughout Asia. In Hindu mythology, the god Ganesh had the head of an elephant, and the god Indra rode a white elephant named Airavata. Krishna's wife Radha had the ability to transform into an elephant. Buddhists relate the elephant to peace, wisdom and strength. Their 'Sacred Marriage' uses the elephant as a symbol. If an elephant comes to you in a dream, meditation, or every day life, it could mean that you are being blessed with the power to remove obstacles that are keeping you from accomplishing your dreams. Open yourself to learning new things and be willing to approach your personal problems in different ways. The elephant is here to teach you patience and to help build your self confidence.
